Common Restrictions
No boats, motor homes, recreational vehicles or trailers shall be parked in front of the residence or on driveway of
the residence.
No commercial trucks or vans with the name or logo of a company may be parked in the
neighborhood including driveways overnight.
No buildings, such as ones used for lawn maintenance equipment storage, dog houses, playhouses,
and gazebos may be placed on the lot if the structure is visible from the street on which the lot fronts.
Each owner shall maintain the exterior of all buildings and fences in good condition and repair or replace rotten or
worn parts.
The grass of all residences must be mowed at regular intervals so that the lawn is maintained in a neat
and attractive manner. No grass or weeds shall grow to a height of greater than six (6) inches.
Grass clippings should not be left on the street or sidewalks of a residence after mowing.
No more than four (4) household animals per lot are permitted.
When walking dogs within our community, please make sure they are properly leashed and all droppings are picked
up.
Please remember to follow the posted speed limits within our community to ensure the safety of all
residents, especially the children.
